Import:
Allows you Import question from friends and family.
To Import click the import button and follow the prompts.

Export:
Allows you Export question that you can give to friends and family.
To Export click the Export button and follow the prompts.

Pack:
Removes deleted records from the Database, frees up disk space.
To Pack click the Pack button and follow the prompts.
