Question: I'm stuck?
Answer: You can use the title bar to find out the name of the program you are running. Use Tool Tips, FAQ or Help you can find the answer are there. You can also visit the AugustSoft web site for the most up to date Help, Tip and Pointers, F.A.Q and other useful information. Always read the whole screen.

Question: What are tool tips?
Answer: Tool tip help you understand how to use a button, text box, etc..., Hold the mouse over a button, text box, etc. for a few seconds and a tip will appear.

Question: Why are some options unavailable to me?
Answer: Depending on the version some options may not be available please check to product chart to find out what options are available to you. Some options may not be available when a game is in play.

Question: When running Windows 2000 Install on Demand may cause the program to fail or hang in most cases you can cancel a few times and the program will.
Answer: We are working to correct this problem. The problem has been fixed. If you our having problems with Install on Demand when running MPickIt or MNet Lite please download the latest version.

MPickIt:
Question: Why are some options available sometimes but unavailable at other times?
Answer: Some options are unavailable during game play.

Question: How do turn on the Game sounds on/off?
Answer: Click Sound on MPickIt Main Menu. Click the Game Sound button or from on game board click the sound button.

Question: How do turn on the Game Reader on/off?
Answer: Click Sound on MPickIt Main Menu. Click the Game Reader button or from on game board click the sound button.

Question: How do turn on the Game Animation on/off?
Answer: Click Sound on MPickIt Main Menu. Click the Animation, or from on game board click animation button.

Question: When I play sound my computer seems slow?
Answer: If you use sound the will be slower on slower systems you may need to turn the sound off. On slower computers you may need to turn off the sound.

Question: When I play sound my computer acts weird?
Answer: If you have problems using sound you may need to turn the sound off or use sound with out Animation.

Question: When I play sound I get a Windows Media Player error?
Answer: You should wait until talking stops before making your next play.

Question: How do I export User Question to share with my family or friends?
Answer: Click Utils on the MPickIt Main Menu. Click Export on the Utilities Menu. Select the category to export, click export.

Question: Can I export question I did not enter?
Answer: No you can not export system system question.

Question: Can I add more questions?
Answer: Yes in most versions use the import program on the MPickIt - Utilities Menu. Please review the Product Chart

Question: How do I import?
Answer: Click Utils on the MPickIt Main Menu. Click Import on the MPickIt - Utilities Menu. Select the type of import, click import.

Question: When I play MRecall sometimes a match will disappear will I lose credit for that match?
Answer: No you will not lose any credit for any match. This can happen if there are more than one of a matched set and you miss the last one. It can make it more challenging because you also have to remember the ones you already matched so you don't waste your time on them. However for those who like to cheat you can click them again and get credit for another match.

Question: When I play MCatch sometimes the balls freeze, why do they do that?
Answer: That's to make it easier for you some of the ones freeze you can click and score others you can't. MCatch can be a very hard game you need all the breaks you get. When you get to the next level they will start form there current spot.

Question: When I play MDefender sometimes the balls freeze, why do they do that?
Answer: That's to make it easier for you. MDefender can be a hard game for some they may need all the breaks they get. When you get to the next level they will start form there current spot.

Question: How do I animate a drawing?
Answer: If in Draw Only mode click the Draw only button to change to Animation mode. Click New Frame, make your drawing, click New Frame, make a new drawing. You need at least 2 frames with drawings however you can add more if you wish. When done click Play to animate. When you are done with animation you can return to Draw only mode click the Animation button.

Question: Can I maximize the games?
Answer: Sorry only MSketch and MArcade can be maximized.

Question: I can only one player at a time. Why can't I user the other player spots?
Answer: You need to the Home Version or the Professional above to play more than one player at time. Please read the Product Chart if you have any question about what options are available to you

Question: When I play MWhack or MTarget the game does not respond after Level 4 or 5?
Answer: On slower computer systems you may need to turn the sound off.
